Andy the manager was always on hand and staff were always friendly. Picking the car up was a pleasure it had been covered and my wife received flowers and my daughter a teddy bear.

My service experience was okay.
The only issue I have is that some times I asked for a call back and I had to chase.
As above, great showroom, excellent and friendly staff and a quick and efficient turnover.
It was in originally for 1 day. Told they could not find an issue. Went out to the car park and the problem was evident. Left it in for a further 2 days. Not resolved and did not find the explanation of Damp in the car plausable. Have to rebook.
I love my new car, there was a slight issue with the light, but Jordansorted it out straight away.

My car was not quality checked before handover. The service was unsatisfactory; there was a fault; and I had to return the car for further attention. This is the second time my car has been in for work and I had to bring it back that time as well.

it's getting annoying still having to go to BMW for services--if this is to continue just let customers know when booking in service so they do not waste their or any one else time.

Service intervals are to far apart. After 3 years the air filter still was not due to be changed, £50 for the customer to pay for this to be changed was ridiculous and spoilt the service experience.

Completely botched my 1st service by not resetting the computer. As a consequence brake pad warning came on despite being told after service there was aporox 4k miles left on them. Was told the only way to resolve this was to have then replaced! POOR
I would have liked a paper record of the service, only reason not 5*.
The actual service was done correctly as far as I can tell and within the time specified. I also asked for an explanation of how to update the map on the satnav. but the instructions I was given were incorrect. The website is usless for this.

from first entering the showroom which was set out nicely, to sitting in the leather chairs with a good cup of coffee also the relaxed atmosphere made the difference. I have purchased new vehicles over the years but the mini experience was the best!

Easy and quick
They gave excellent service in all aspects. They didn't clean my car when it was serviced, but did voluntarily collect it a few days later and take it to be cleaned: that is excellent customer service.
My car was delivered sooner than expected so very pleased. I felt like a VIP driving out of the showroom in my new car! I also thought the gift of flowers was a lovely gesture. Stefan really helpful throughout the whole process
