Had a possible re-call on the roof - advised a bracket might be required. Was advised when booking- in that this would be done on the day - 7 hours later - told the bracket was not in stock and that I needed to return at my own convenience.

My car was booked in for a service. I went to the Mini showroom to hand in the key only to be told to walk over to the BMW garage to book the car in. Every year it's different, always have to guess where to go.

Everything was really good wihen I took my car for service. Angela, who dealt with me was extremely helpful and telephoned me when my car was ready. The only criticism I would have is my courtesy car had no satnav so I struggled to get home.

The service from the reception person who booked in my vehicle was poor. I was promised an update but despite telephoning in on two occasions to check progress my calls were not returned until close of business most unsatisfactory.

Although the staff were great the only snag was on delivery day. The car was dirty, there was a paint chip on the driver door, a stain on the back seat and wax streaks on the wing mirrors. This was all sorted at a later date but it did disappoint me.
