i seemed to be doing all the running around. the salesman had to check all offers for the sale with the manager.

The sales executive Lindsay Silverstone at Bolton kept me up to date at every stage of the purchase right through to delivery Could not fault it, would defiantly recommend and already have. Would buy from Lindsay again.

Jake walker judge was me sales person, from the moment me and my boyfriend walked in, he was very helpful, don't pressure is into anything, showed us everything available, we only came into look and I left with a mini. Excellent service

Overall experience was dissappointing we were advised option were not available on the countryman even though the option were shown in the brochure. Also silver wheels were fitted instead of anthracite.

I was introduced to the brand and model by John Dixon your Service Manager, he sourced me a brochure and referred me to Salesman Andy Evans who sorted out the purchase. I was really pleased with the help from both, and over the moon with the car.

Andy Evans explained everything really clearly to me, organised a lot over the phone and via email so it was really easy for me, and was very helpful when I went to collect me car.

A FULL DAY TO CHANGE THE OIL FILTER OIL AND POLLEN FILTER AND SOME SCREWS HAVE BEEN LEFT OUT OF THE UNDERSIDE OF DASH AND A SCRATCH ON THE DASH ITSELF

The car was not valeted at all. it was still full of crumbs and the windows were filthy. However I was promised a free valet next time I am able to leave the car.

not happy I asked for a full automatic and was not told till after I had taken delivery of my car that it was a treptonic and that is the only automatic you have

it took 2 visits to find a radiator leak. then when radiator was replaced they didnt put coolent in, which was empty, i had to myself

Service advisor was called John Whitehead and he is a credit to your company. Very polite and courteous. He kept me informed of the progress of the car as it took over a week to repair but informed me on a regular basis. very knowledgeable.

I advised the dealership that i required my vehicle back by 14:00 i was told that would be fine. On the day of the appointment i was advised i wouldn't be able to have myvehicle before 16:00 this was inconvient as i had children to pick up.
