    Overall experience was dissappointing we were advised option were not available on the countryman even though the option were shown in the brochure. Also silver wheels were fitted instead of anthracite.

    Sales person Lynsey Irving was a pleasure. We even helped the dealership out by signing for the car in Q1 and taking delivery in early Q2 but the car was in a mess and badly scratched and the complementary Seal Protect was not put on roof.

    A FULL DAY TO CHANGE THE OIL FILTER OIL AND POLLEN FILTER AND SOME SCREWS HAVE BEEN LEFT OUT OF THE UNDERSIDE OF DASH AND A SCRATCH ON THE DASH ITSELF

    The car was not valeted at all. it was still full of crumbs and the windows were filthy. However I was promised a free valet next time I am able to leave the car.

    Service advisor was called John Whitehead and he is a credit to your company. Very polite and courteous. He kept me informed of the progress of the car as it took over a week to repair but informed me on a regular basis. very knowledgeable.

    I advised the dealership that i required my vehicle back by 14:00 i was told that would be fine. On the day of the appointment i was advised i wouldn't be able to have myvehicle before 16:00 this was inconvient as i had children to pick up.
