The car I chose was initally patrol, however this was changed to a diesel because of economy,. This was not hassle at all to the dealership.

I asked about collection from my workplacebut was told not available now - had it in the past. This is only contact in 12 months from new. Told me that a problem experiencing is because I don't drive enough miles! A part needed - had to go back in.

I had an issue with my warranty before a repair could be done. Mini did not return my calls or try to solve the issue for me. It was only sorted out after a complaint to head office and the fantastic help that I received from Tony at BMW service.
