I had booked a visual service , it was free but still cost me a new tyre which I HAD to buy and have fitted
The rear fog light was out and the replacement charge was horrific, perhaps this is a design fault ??

It was disappointing that the sales person who sold me the car was with another customer when I had made an appointment to pick up my car. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes until I asked if someone else could do the paperwork.

I had to call 4 times before speaking to someone to arrange an appointment. The front of house staff was really helpful and eventually she sent them a message to say it was highly important. However, this call came a week after the message was left.
The service at Williams was excellent and they were very helpful.

The service was good but communication poor before hand and on arrival I wasn't told services had moved back to mini stood at BMW for 20 mins before being told Then wasn't expected at mini
It is unclear when my next service is due. It could be 6 weeks after the MOT which would be irritating

Service completed and car cleaned. I was warned I needed new front brake pads and was quoted £210 for the work. I enquired with local garage who quoted £75 however when they went to replace them, was told they weren't even past half worn yet
Had to chase the servicing department to get an appointment for a service. E mails left unanswered and calls not returned. Very unhappy!
Everything done as expected.
Couple of things on the car that wish I had picked but wasn't made aware. Such as passenger seat height adjustment.
Service carried out, exterior wash ,but interior not done, as previously carried out.

Booked in for service and rear brake disc renewal as advised 1 was corroded at Mot in September Renewed brake PADS told me discs were ok this time !!! What am I supposed to believe? Car left dirty / not washed or mats hoovered this time !
