On arrival Nichole was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to wait for my vehicle as it was just an MOT. The car was MOT'd and back with me within the estimated time. There were no problems and I was back on with my day before I knew it.

My husband rang Williams because our car wouldn't charge the previous night. The receptionist explained that there had been issues with the charging cables. She said it would be replaced and set up FOC and made an appointment for the next day.
