I have given this answer because I was under the impression from the email I received that while my vehicle was being serviced it was also having a small Valet so I emptied my vehicle but on its return it hadn't had anything done.
The car was cleaned perfectly and the call back for collection time was spot on. Even on a Saturday Nicola was lovely, friendly and very cheerful!

Very happy in the main but the new car has a slow puncture on the rear left tyre. We informed Williams of this the following morning after picking it up after noticing the tyre pressure was very low on the information system .
