Sale got off to a rock start as salesman was off sick and car was a month late. However the manager Daryl Atherton took ownership of the issues, encouraged me to continue with the purchase and he and Jason restored my faith in the dealership.

The fault with the car was fixed on the second visit with efficiency & excellent service, however on the first visit although the fault was identified it took over three weeks and numerous phone calls from me before an appointment was made!

Exceptional customer service from Sarah (Kelly) which goes beyond any customer approach because of let's say 'training', she looks after you and with a considerate & personal touch. Very much lacking nowadays and I work in retail! Thanks Sarah!

Paul was amazing keeping me up to date. My car got looked at sooner than expected as I did drop it without a booking. car wasn't quite right when I got it back from this visit but Paul got me booked back in and hopefully it will all be sorted soon.
