Very late call in the day when I had little time to make a decision on expenditure on new tyres; I was not given options on tyre types until I pushed for it and I don't think the air on service was done. I was told the workshop was too busy

I visited my centre at Bolton on Monday I was greeted by members of staff who were very professional and looked after me, nothing was to much trouble. Thank you to Debbie and Wayne and his colleague I have had an ongoing problem with my Mini.

95% satisfied, took my car in at 8.30am into Williams Bolton. At 10.00am received a text saying my car was expected by Williams and would I be attending. Rang up to ask why, and told ignore 'it's the AI playing up'. Poor customer communication
