Love our mini but the depreciation is appalling and the battery miles are no where near as advertised even when driving economically and with reduced functions Asked for this to be looked at with no follow up provided post service Also flagged a star

Rear brake service came just 5 months after full service, inconvenient having to be without car again so soon. Was told the rear brake replacement would take "a couple of hours" so decided to wait on site, but the work took over 3 hours!

Full marks to the sales rep.Nikki.From start to finish we cannot praise her enough.As well as being ultra professional at all times she quickly realised that the new technology was giving us difficulties and spent a lot of time guiding us through. .
