Good customer service. Good communication. Very professional. Option to pay in instalments. Like the video with mechanic explaining what is wrong with car. I didn't give 5 stars because of the price of the repair which was very high.

I feel that I wasn't given the full information for total cost of the work done. When Victoria rang to say about the repair cost she said £380. This did not include the £120 diagnostic testing! And why diagnostic testing is £120 when I knew the fault

Booked in for Break disc warning ( at less than 7000 miles ) and also to replace 2 rear tyres due to slow puncture and no locking wheel nut key provided when bought the car from the same dealer months before. Work not done.

Facilities are good whilst waiting for car, I can work easily from the bmw / mini centre. When Williams are busy it's sometimes more difficult to get an update.
