The salesman Jason Howe was very helpful throughout the process, considering we had never met before I took delivery of the car as all communication was by telephone and email

I complained about the length of time it took to fit three new tyres and the unacceptable level of customer service I received. The Complaints person assured me she would look into my concerns and message me. She has not done so.
