The experience at mini was great, Josh Finch couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He talked me through all the options available, spent time to understand what I wanted from a car and I now have a car I love.

I am disappointed as I booked a courtesy car only to be told on the day that none had been booked and they didn't have any left which was a problem as I had meetings. However it was in first and finished early enough that I made my meeting.

We asked if one of the saies team could come and talk to us about a Mini and tradeing in our Mini but nothing happened. This is the second time we won't to get the same information and again nothing happened.

I was satisfied with that service but what let things down was the fact I was asked that check in online which was a complete pain . Also the self check in stations were not what I wanted. The cost of the service warrants a personal check in.
