Assisted with arranging my car insurance through Mini as my insurance provider were not being very helpful at the time of purchase. Excellent handover of the new Mini.

Leanne was lovely. We had a basic idea of what we would like to purchase and then the finer details we worked on together. Communication was brilliant and advanced notice of when Leanne was out of office was very helpful.

Everything went very well with the purchase and Stuart listened to what I wanted and my budget not just assuming he knew best. (Like some sales people can do!)

My App is STILL showing I require the service I had done the previous week, I wasn't advised it wouldn't update instantly, I had to phone back and was advised it could take 'a few days' but it's still not updated on your main system.

I arrived on Tuesday , had booked a courtesy car as I work in Rochdale as a self employed counsellor and can't afford a full day off for a car service , when I arrived there was no car available and I had to book in again
