1. The inability of your service department to give a time to collect a car after a service is poor. 2. The inability of your service department to examine defects on a Thursday or Friday is poor. 3. By contrast, your body shop staff were excellent

Booked to investigate knocking noise and quoted £156. Received a call later saying the noise could not be located and asking me to authorise a further cost of £450. I said I would consider and ring back. When I did was told problem solved !

The immediate issue with driver's side window regulator was resolved. However the investigation into why the window failed to fully operate was not undertaken. I was advised to monitor the problem and report if it happened again.

Easy drop of, kept updated through out the day via messages

No contact from dropping off the car at 8:45 until the invoice at 4:30pm. Invoice did not show 20% discount on service although I was assured it had been applied. No new tyre fitted-I was told no tyres were in stock but no offer to rebook. Rude staff
