After 3 months I was told all the jobs were done and the car was safe to drive. I paid almost £7,000 in repairs. I drove on the motorway. The car was deemed unsafe to drive by BMW main agent Lookers in Stoke, with numerous faults and lose wheel nuts

Very poor service. Could not register vehicle then following my commitment to leave a twenty year relationship the car could be registered. Then, it could not be delivered as there was a fault which was not found during the 5wks in minis possession

The service host was completely over the top with her promises and contact and asking for a good review on this feed back. She phoned to say the car was ready - it was not, could not be found then not cleaned despite the invoice saying it had.

Service was fine. However I specifically asked for damaged stripes on bonnet to be removed and a quote to replace them. Stripes weren't removed as I'd asked. Bodyshop rang day after about this but 4 days on and I'm still waiting for my quote.

This was a second visit to correct what wasn't sorted on the list visit. Couldn't get hold of anyone over the course of 2 months. Left Countless messages and numerous annoying ai interventions.

Laura Lindsay (Reception) and service update were superb. The vehicle check indicated a puncture in the tyre and new tyre was required (annoyingly, as nail was in centre of tread) and fitted. However, next day TPS indicated 34psi - not reinflated.

Service history not updated in car. I wasnt given enough notice that car would not be ready on the time/day agreed, received phonecall 15minutes before allocated pick up time. My partner complained, flowers and a bottle of Proseco was given to us.

Our vehicle was not washed or vacuumed, as requested. In addition, the alloy (front) has been damaged, during the time our vehicle was with the service team. The vehicle has subsequently been re-booked for the repair, at the cost of Williams.

Service & MOT were relatively quick and I was kept informed throughout on progress etc. Main points of feedback: 1) business centre area - desks were rather dirty, don't think they'd been recently cleaned. 2) overall price very high

A few days later after receiving the vehicle back, noticed the glove compartment door has either a broken or the door catch bracket hasn't been put back. This was in perfect working condition prior to the vehicle being taken for its routine service.

On 16/6/2026 at 10.15am I dropped my vehicle of for service and MOT. I informed your Mini representative that I wished for an additional check to be carried out on my tyres. I also advised that I would wait on the premises until the vehicle was ready

On original booking wanted a wait one but apparently not booked for that (it was the rubbish AI agent). Once sorted and rebooked a great experience on arrival, waiting (perfect hosts, snacks and wifi) and then handover after cleaning.

Really disappointed. Originally told it will be a quick inexpensive job, then told it would be over £600 but would be finished that day. Then I was told it would be day after by a man eating his dinner over the phone.
