I felt like a VIP. In particular Leanne was amazing. She was not pushy to sell me the car but she was very helpful. Took me on a test drive and explained all about the car, very patient and knowledgeable Notified me of all delivery status.

Leanne responded to my chasing email at the beginning & then kept me updated after further delays. On collection, the audio unit needed replacing, Stuart & Daryl dealt with it calmly, keeping me updated & reassured throughout.

A few days later after receiving the vehicle back, noticed the glove compartment door has either a broken or the door catch bracket hasn't been put back. This was in perfect working condition prior to the vehicle being taken for its routine service.

On original booking wanted a wait one but apparently not booked for that (it was the rubbish AI agent). Once sorted and rebooked a great experience on arrival, waiting (perfect hosts, snacks and wifi) and then handover after cleaning.

Fairly easy to book service online. No indication of time it would take or any option to book courtesy car. Video sent through and call to say car ready. Car washed and vacuumed

On 16/6/2026 at 10.15am I dropped my vehicle of for service and MOT. I informed your Mini representative that I wished for an additional check to be carried out on my tyres. I also advised that I would wait on the premises until the vehicle was ready

Although the drop off and pick up was fine. I had made them aware of an issue I wanted looking at and no one has and there was no feedback on this. I have rang and left a message asking for someone to get back to me and they haven't.

The purchase and delivery of my new Mini was quick and easy. The sales person, Zayan, took the time to explain how everything worked before I left and set up various functions on the car for me. The flowers and teddy bear was a nice surprise!
