I am disappointed as I booked a courtesy car only to be told on the day that none had been booked and they didn't have any left which was a problem as I had meetings. However it was in first and finished early enough that I made my meeting.

We asked if one of the saies team could come and talk to us about a Mini and tradeing in our Mini but nothing happened. This is the second time we won't to get the same information and again nothing happened.

I was satisfied with that service but what let things down was the fact I was asked that check in online which was a complete pain . Also the self check in stations were not what I wanted. The cost of the service warrants a personal check in.

Miss communication. Took in for specific tran oil change as car comp said 'required' and told to get car in for 10.15. 3pm got call / it needs tran oil changed! Which was why in! Couldn't do it that day so had to leave car till following late aft.

I thought the digital system that has been set up is absolutely excellent, super easy to use and so convenient when you're busy. Mia in service was brilliant as always by ensuring a certain issue was investigated for me.
