The experience received from Leanne and the rest of the team was excellent. Although we did have a few teething problems. Firstly, with the sat nav, it needed a complete reset and then trying to set up the Digital Key but eventually all overcome.

My car went in for an MOT... needed front windscreen wipers replacing and upon leaving .... a crack appeared in the windscreen. I spoke to the manager who, whilst not accepting fault, did offer to pay the excess which was appreciated.

Chris who called me was great and I was going to give 5 stars and I will for him however there seems to be a glitch in the system as I had a call to say my car was ready to collect, 5 minutes later I got a message to say I hadn't taken the car in!

Very late call in the day when I had little time to make a decision on expenditure on new tyres; I was not given options on tyre types until I pushed for it and I don't think the air on service was done. I was told the workshop was too busy

95% satisfied, took my car in at 8.30am into Williams Bolton. At 10.00am received a text saying my car was expected by Williams and would I be attending. Rang up to ask why, and told ignore 'it's the AI playing up'. Poor customer communication

After 3 months I was told all the jobs were done and the car was safe to drive. I paid almost £7,000 in repairs. I drove on the motorway. The car was deemed unsafe to drive by BMW main agent Lookers in Stoke, with numerous faults and lose wheel nuts

Very poor service. Could not register vehicle then following my commitment to leave a twenty year relationship the car could be registered. Then, it could not be delivered as there was a fault which was not found during the 5wks in minis possession

The service host was completely over the top with her promises and contact and asking for a good review on this feed back. She phoned to say the car was ready - it was not, could not be found then not cleaned despite the invoice saying it had.

Service was fine. However I specifically asked for damaged stripes on bonnet to be removed and a quote to replace them. Stripes weren't removed as I'd asked. Bodyshop rang day after about this but 4 days on and I'm still waiting for my quote.

This was a second visit to correct what wasn't sorted on the list visit. Couldn't get hold of anyone over the course of 2 months. Left Countless messages and numerous annoying ai interventions.

Laura Lindsay (Reception) and service update were superb. The vehicle check indicated a puncture in the tyre and new tyre was required (annoyingly, as nail was in centre of tread) and fitted. However, next day TPS indicated 34psi - not reinflated.

Service history not updated in car. I wasnt given enough notice that car would not be ready on the time/day agreed, received phonecall 15minutes before allocated pick up time. My partner complained, flowers and a bottle of Proseco was given to us.

Our vehicle was not washed or vacuumed, as requested. In addition, the alloy (front) has been damaged, during the time our vehicle was with the service team. The vehicle has subsequently been re-booked for the repair, at the cost of Williams.

I was largely pleased with the experience however the dashboard in my mini does not seem to be showing that my car has now been serviced and warning lights are flashing up saying i need a service . I also didnt receive any kind of service report .
