The waiting appointment was good - as was the taxi home when the car needed stay overnight. I was displeased that you didn't wash my car when you said you would - I didn't have time to complain about it at the time because I was on the clock for work

Williams seemed to have moved to semi automated processes. Staff are available to point at the machines and assist if needed, but on collection i needed to wait for a specified person take payment and return key.

My App is STILL showing I require the service I had done the previous week, I wasn't advised it wouldn't update instantly, I had to phone back and was advised it could take 'a few days' but it's still not updated on your main system.

I arrived on Tuesday , had booked a courtesy car as I work in Rochdale as a self employed counsellor and can't afford a full day off for a car service , when I arrived there was no car available and I had to book in again

Work was carried out fine. I did ask that the footwells were to be cleaned. They were covered in grit and salt (it had been a snowy/icy day), but I didn't expect my floor pan to be in a worse state than when I dropped it off...

Helen on service desk is a perfect example of what a customer looks for when bringing a car in. She is approachable, efficient and friendly. Williams were able to fit me in for an oil service at short notice and the car was returned cleaned

I asked about a service pack and was provided with a quote. I asked lots of questions and the rep seemed unsure and told me it included the MOT. I rang the company and it didnt. So I cancelled it. Some training is definitely required.

the car was brought in for a brake fluid service +MOT i mentioned that the screen washers were not working properly and was advised that unless this was fixed, the car would fail its MOT. i was quoted a price of over £150 for an initial diagnosis

MOT was subcontracted. I could have paid £20 instead of £55 if taking it somewhere else myself. Push towards online self-serve and payments via apps. Reduced personal customer service experience. Process is only to save BMW/MINI time and money.
