Unfortunately not very satisfied at all. I must have been the easiest customer for the salesperson as didn't even do a test drive. I have had to continually chase for updates and return of monies due. Needed to get the Head of Business involved.

Rear brake service came just 5 months after full service, inconvenient having to be without car again so soon. Was told the rear brake replacement would take "a couple of hours" so decided to wait on site, but the work took over 3 hours!
