emails responded too quickly when chasing. Experienced 3 delays but was kept updated. When collecting the car it was discovered the audio was broken but I was looked after, kept informed & it was dealt with calmly & quickly

All was good apart from collection. I got a message at 12.50 advising my car was ready for collection. I arrived at 1.40 and was advised it was being eashed and go get coffee, 2.05 advised should not be much longer. 2.20 i chased and got car back

I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT MY MOT HAD AN ADVISORY FOR THE FRONT TYRES BEING MARKED DOWN EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS 3MM OF GOOD TREAD LEFT. I FEEL THIS WAS NOT REQUIRED ON A CAR WHICH ONLY HAD 16000 MILES ON FROM NEW. I THINK THIS WAS UNNECESSARY AND PETTY.

1. The inability of your service department to give a time to collect a car after a service is poor. 2. The inability of your service department to examine defects on a Thursday or Friday is poor. 3. By contrast, your body shop staff were excellent

Booked to investigate knocking noise and quoted £156. Received a call later saying the noise could not be located and asking me to authorise a further cost of £450. I said I would consider and ring back. When I did was told problem solved !

The immediate issue with driver's side window regulator was resolved. However the investigation into why the window failed to fully operate was not undertaken. I was advised to monitor the problem and report if it happened again.

No contact from dropping off the car at 8:45 until the invoice at 4:30pm. Invoice did not show 20% discount on service although I was assured it had been applied. No new tyre fitted-I was told no tyres were in stock but no offer to rebook. Rude staff

No personal service. Didn't like dropping keys and picking them up in a box and not having someone explain what had been done to my car. It was expensive and did not match the wonderful buying experience at Mini Cotswold.

I was satisfied with that service but what let things down was the fact I was asked that check in online which was a complete pain . Also the self check in stations were not what I wanted. The cost of the service warrants a personal check in.

Miss communication. Took in for specific tran oil change as car comp said 'required' and told to get car in for 10.15. 3pm got call / it needs tran oil changed! Which was why in! Couldn't do it that day so had to leave car till following late aft.
