We always receive a first class service with Mini, Bolton and Stuart ensured that our recent upgrades were exactly right. Slightly disappointing that confusion on the finance agreement caused slight delays in delivering the cars on time.

1. The inability of your service department to give a time to collect a car after a service is poor. 2. The inability of your service department to examine defects on a Thursday or Friday is poor. 3. By contrast, your body shop staff were excellent
