Leanne was lovely. We had a basic idea of what we would like to purchase and then the finer details we worked on together. Communication was brilliant and advanced notice of when Leanne was out of office was very helpful.

Helen on service desk is a perfect example of what a customer looks for when bringing a car in. She is approachable, efficient and friendly. Williams were able to fit me in for an oil service at short notice and the car was returned cleaned

I asked about a service pack and was provided with a quote. I asked lots of questions and the rep seemed unsure and told me it included the MOT. I rang the company and it didnt. So I cancelled it. Some training is definitely required.

the car was brought in for a brake fluid service +MOT i mentioned that the screen washers were not working properly and was advised that unless this was fixed, the car would fail its MOT. i was quoted a price of over £150 for an initial diagnosis
